MTS 300. Electric motor testing station

MTS 300 is a computerized testing station for electric motors whose blocked rotor current goes up to 100A.

The motors to be tested can by one- or three-phased, one or two speed stages and various connection types.

The testing methods are based on numerical signal processing.

The accuracy of the measuring lines (100kS/s/ch, /16 bits, 0.2%) provides for complex and outstanding tests both on the manufacturing lines and in laboratories.

The tests are being carried out quickly and automatically, and the results are saved in Access or Excel-compatible formats.

The type of the tested motor is manually selected or automatically identified through a barcode reader.

The configuration of the station is made automatically by loading a proprietary configuration file.

The results are printed out on a tag or as a test report.
